Feeling overwhelmed with designing your custom charm necklace? Need a little guidance and a visual preview of the final product? Our design team is here to help make the process easy and fun!

Here’s how it works: Simply add this service to your cart, and in the NOTES section, tell us a bit about your vision—such as your chain choice, number of charms, any initials or birthstones, and the overall vibe you're going for (faith, western, mom, girly, etc.). If you have any favorite charms, let us know!

Once we have your details, our design team will create 2-3 custom necklace options to help you visualize the layout and charm selection. After you’ve chosen your favorite design, we’ll send an invoice along with a $10 discount for your final product. And that’s it! Your personalized charm necklace will be crafted and shipped right to your door—or directly to a lucky friend if it’s a gift!

Shipping: Free Standard Shipping anywhere in the US on all orders $111+. Orders placed Monday - Thursday ship in 1-2 business days. Orders placed Friday - Sunday ship Monday.

Returns: We want you to have the best possible shopping experience with us here at One Eleven Olive! We ask that you please look over your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you received a damaged item, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Items can be processed for a return within 14 days of the original purchase date for a store credit to be used on a future purchase. 
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in item's original condition & tags must be attached. Item's not eligible for returns include: Sale items (items ending in $.00 & $.99), jewelry, hats, hair accessories, and gift cards.
