Return Policy – One Eleven Olive Boutique

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, please click here. 

We’re a boutique focused on bringing in fresh new styles every week - so our inventory moves quickly! Because of this, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. (Sale items end in $0.99) All jewelry, Thomas Blonde, Charm Bar, Holiday and Doorbuster items are all final sale. Items discounted with a coupon code of 50% or more, is deemed final sale. Final Sale items returned without approval are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition

  • No makeup, deodorant, pet hair, perfume, smoke odor, or stains of any kind

  • Tags must still be attached

Returns can be made in-store or by mail. Store credit is issued via email and never expires. It can be used online or in-store.

ABOUT RE:DO

Re:Do is a third-party platform we use to make returns easier and more affordable. At checkout, you’ll see an optional $2.98 Re:Do protection. This gives you free return shipping and package protection for your order.

If you added Re:Do at checkout, you’ll be able to generate a prepaid return label at no cost.

If you didn’t purchase Re:Do, no problem! You can still return your items through the portal and buy a discounted shipping label at your convenience.

Prefer to use your own method to send back your return? You’re welcome to do so! Be sure BEFORE sending, submit your return request in our RETURNS PORTAL to ensure your return is approved.
