Returns: At One Eleven Olive, we strive to ensure you have the best shopping experience! Please review your order as soon as it arrives to confirm that everything is satisfactory. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

You can initiate a return within 14 days of your original purchase date for store credit toward a future purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Tags must be attached

Please note that items not eligible for return include: sale items (ending in $.00 and $.99), jewelry, hats, hair accessories, charm bar and gift cards. You may return up to two orders within a 30-day period without a restocking fee; thereafter, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to any additional returns.
