Order Processing

Orders are typically processed, packed, and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays).

Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST on Friday, as well as orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will begin processing on the next business day (Monday).

Standard Shipping

• Orders $0.00–$110.99: $7.95
• Orders $111.00+: FREE Standard Shipping
  

After processing, Standard Shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days.

Express Shipping

• Orders $0.00–$99.99: $16.95
• Orders $100.00+: $20.95
  

After processing, Express Shipping typically arrives within 1–3 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $111 shipped within the Continental United States.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, One Eleven Olive Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please submit a claim directly with USPS or UPS. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Returns

At One Eleven Olive Boutique, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help!

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Returns are eligible for store credit only and must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date. Once your return is approved, your item must be received at the One Eleven Olive Boutique warehouse within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Additional Return Information

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Items that have been washed or altered are not eligible for return.
• Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, smoke odor, or other signs of wear cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
• Returns that do not meet the above requirements may be denied.
